Directory Hierarchy

 Throughout this document we will refer to the root directory as the directory where the ANNAP code resides as seen in Figure 1.

The directories Base/, Tools/ and Misc/ are holding the source code for the software. The doc/ directory contains documents such as this one. The remaining directories contain network definitions for the specific problems.

The modules in the Base/ and Tools/ directories will be described in Sections 4.1 and 4.2, respectively.
