Instructions

1. Find a place to sit down.  

2. Have the calculator in your hand.

3. Press the ON button on the calculator.

4. Press the Y= button and you will see numbers next to each Y=. This allows you to enter as many equations as you want to make any graph or graphs. See Figure 1.

5. To graph a linear equation you can enter 6X-2 into any slot you want.
  - You press the variable button once to input X for your equation.

6. Press graph button and you will see a screen with one line slanted up or down depending on your slope.

7. To graph a parabola, clear any previous equation by pressing the clear button.

8. Enter you equation into any slot making sure the X is raised to the 2nd power.
  - Example: 3X^2 (you can ^2 by pressing the X2 button on the calculator). See Figure 2.
