These instructions cater to first time Amish Bread makers. These instructions should be fully read before you begin to make your batter. You will need two different sets of ingredients. Do not use a metal spoon to stir your batter. At any time, do not refrigerate or freeze your batter. Through the duration of your sitting period you must keep your batter in a large plastic bowl with a cover. Also, make sure that you keep it in a cool or room temperature place. Placing it near heat will ruin the process.
