All shipping of products to customers from Boudreaux's Bargain Warehouse (BBW) will be done by The United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (UPS).  This service of BBW will be accompanied by a service charge of $5.00 plus $.20 per pound.  This charge does not include costs from UPS.  Any damages done to product after shipping is not a responsibility of BBW and refunds will not be given for this.  
All products of Boudreaux's Bargain Warehouse (BBW) sold include a 30 day limited waranty.  This waranty covers only those items sold with faulty or defective characteristics and will in no way cover any damages procured during shipping.  All sales of BBW are final; the waranty will in no way constitute a refund.  Instead, all items eligible for waranty will be granted permission for exchange with a suitable replacement.  Additional shipping for exchanged products will be the responsibility of the customer.  BBW holds the rights to include an additional service charge if necessary.  This service charge shall be no greater than to total cost of the exchanged item.
