EXPECTATIONS AND CONCERNS ABOUT COLLEGE

Students entering college for the first time have ideas about what they think (or want) to happen to them during their college career. They also have concerns, fears, and what is sometimes called "nightmares" in addition to their positive "dreams." We would like for you to take a few minutes to list what your dreams and expectations are and then describe your concerns are about going to college and to USL in particular.

Briefly write down as many good dreams (ambitions, hopes, wishes) as you can think of in the next three to four minutes related to entering and completing college at USL. Be optimistic about your ability to accomplish what you set out to do. (Use the back of the paper if you need to).
