Project Descriptions: Project 1: Online Resume Project introduction: The purpose of this assignment was to create a professional website that highlights my credentials. The audience is any prospective employer. Project 2: Instructions Project introduction: The purpose of this assignment was to instruct novice cow milkers in the process of milking a cow. The target audience is primarily beginning milkers, but may also include experienced ones. Part of the assignment was to conduct an informal usability test on the instructions, in order to discover any flaws or omissions in them, and to collect suggestions from a member of my target audience. Thisfeedback helped me to improve my instructions. Project 3: Group Proposal Project introduction: The purpose of this assignment was to persuade the Student Government Association (SGA) to make improvements to Bourgeois Hall on the UL campus. The target audience was primarily SGA, but could also be any member of the UL Administration. My contribution to this project was to research the costs and schedule of the project.
