• Installed and Managed a communication processor CP2000 at the Ministry of Electricity and Water in Kuwait (MEW).
• Conducted training sessions for all the staff at MEW on how to use and maintain the CP2000 software package.
• Developed a package from scratch for Salmiya Cooperative Society, Tiger Workshop, Al-Ahli Center, and Oman Exchange to computerize their line of business.
• Assisted in design and programming with other projects.
• Customized and Arabized the CP2000 processor at MEW and was awarded $5000 bonus.
