Density Plots
NetInputs.m, Jitter.m, Histo.m, and ScanHids.m

These modules realize the functionality described in Section 3.2.2. Descriptions per module follow:

NetInputs.m 

Is the module which displays the jittered density and histogram plots for the net input of the selected hidden unit.

Usage is:

>> NetInputs(hidden_unit_number)
