This document is intended to help both a novice user of the program and a developer at the same time. Section 2 is a startup guide, and gives directions to the reader who only wants to make use of the program as a tool. Whereas Section 3 describes the behavior of the program with using neural networks terminology. Although technical details are not yet revealed, references are provided to sections of the document with more technical definitions.
Section 4 is designed to be used as a reference manual for the developer and the trouble shooter. It gives definitions of the program modules one by one, in technical detail. Section 5 provides brief definitions of the MATLAB functions referenced throughout the document.
Last of all, an index is provided as a reference aid. All variables, functions and main concepts, hopefully, should be listed in there with appropriate pointers into the document.
