Guolin Lai is a Ph.D. candidate at the Instructional Technology program in Georgia State University. He received his MBA and M.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia
State University in 2003 and 2001,
respectively. He got his B.A. degree from Sichuan University, P. R. China.
Currently he is an adjunct instructor at the Department of Business Systems, Analysis,
and Technology in the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
