CMCN 200 Extra Credit Survey

Thank you for indicating an interest in participating in this research project. In return for completion of the survey, you will receive extra credit in the CMCN 200 course in which you are enrolled. The entire survey must be completed in order for you to receive extra credit.

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.  The survey must be completed during the week that the survey is active.  All extra credit will be awarded at the end of the survey's active period.
