| Preparing
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash off pork chops.
- Salt and pepper both sides of meat and set aside.
- Pour just enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Turn stove top on to medium heat to warm up olive oil.
- Once warm, place pork chops in to start the cooking process.
- Flip after about 45 seconds.
- Once both sides are done remove from heat and place meat aside on a plate.
- Peel the skin off the onion and cut in half.
- Lay the onion down on the flat side and cut in slices.
- Slice jalapeno in half and remove all of the white part inside. (Anything other than green color)
- Slice half of the jalapeno into strips then into small squares.
- Peel skin off of the garlic cloves.
- Mince garlic (chop into smallest pieces possible).
