Opening Your File Double click Adobe Photoshop on the desktop. Press "File"/"Open" to view picture files from the computer. Choose the photo you want to retouch. Click "Open" to upload file into Adobe Photoshop. Zoom into the chosen pimple/blemish you want to eliminate by using the navigation box at the right of the screen (see figure 1).
