Textbook: Critical Thinking, by Moore and Parker, Recent Edition.
Requirements:
1. Attendance and Class Participation. 10%.
2. Weekly Tests. 40%.
3. Mid-Term. 20%.
4. Final. 30%.
Rules:
1. Attendance is mandatory. Absences in excess of 10% of class time can lower final grades by one letter for each 10%.
2. Accepting late assignments, papers, and testing is at the discretion of the instructor who may downgrade proportionally. Plagiarism flunks. The Code of Student Conduct shall govern disruptive behavior and all other matters.
3. Only one voice shall be recognized at a time.

EMERGENCY EVACUTATION PROCEDURES: A map of this floor is posted near the elevator marking the evacuation route and the Designated Rescue Area. This is an area where emergency service personnel will go first to look for individuals who need assistance in exiting the building. Students who may need assistance in exiting should identify themselves to the teaching faculty. |
