The purpose of this assignment was to instruct the step by step procedures of repairing a punctured tire.
The audience is any person seeking to repair a punctured tire.
An informal usability test was conducted using a member of my targeted audience to discover any flaws.
The feedback from this test helped to improve my instructions.
Project 3: Group Proposal
Project Introduction
The purpose of this assignment was to persuade the Student Government Association (SGA) and members
of UL Administration to improve current problems with parking and transit on the UL campus.
The audience is SGA and UL Administration members.
I contributed to this project by researching how much it would cost and how long it would take to put our
solution into place.
