Phil 441 Theory of Knowledge
 

Welcome to the home page for PHIL 441, Theory of Knowledge for Fall 2010!
 
 

This course will be a survey of  issues in contemporary theory of knowledge. We will focus mostly on foundationalist, coherentist and reliabilist theories of justification and related issues, such as the Gettier problem, internalism vs. externalism, and epistemic value. Prerequisite: six credit hours in philosophy.
